Terms of Use

1. License

Volchron Studio or its licensors retain all rights in Umbrella. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, distribute, rent, publish, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it unless applicable law permits that action.

2. Fair Play and Security

You may use Umbrella only lawfully. You must not:

• use cheats, bots, automation, injectors or modified clients;
• exploit scoring, rewards, Gem balances or purchase flows;
• probe, bypass or interfere with authentication, App Check, rate limits or server controls;
• impersonate another player or Volchron Studio; or
• upload malware or code intended to harm another person or service.

We may suspend Gem commerce or game access when server evidence indicates abuse, a duplicate grant, a transferred purchase or a verified platform refund. We use review records and an appeal through support@volchron.com; a hold is not a decision about whether Apple or Google should grant a refund.

3. Accounts

Basic play does not require an account. The optional Gem service and native purchases require a verified Apple sign-in or verified email account. Keep your credentials private. Purchases, Gems and purchased inventory stay with the original verified game account and cannot be transferred by signing in or restoring on another account. You may delete the account from Settings after pending transactions are reconciled; the Privacy Policy describes the deletion and security records that may remain.

4. Purchases and Refunds

Umbrella may offer non-consumable benefits such as Remove Ads, passes and cosmetic skins. Gem packages are consumable virtual currency: each completed purchase grants the listed quantity once and the package may be purchased again. Gems have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed outside Umbrella. Prices, taxes and availability are shown by the platform at checkout.

When a platform confirms a Gem refund, Volchron Studio may pause the account, remove unused currency and inventory paid entirely by that transaction, and reconcile mixed-source items. A used revive or utility cannot be reversed, but its source is recorded for review. We do not promise or deny a refund that only the platform can decide. Removing the app, changing devices or a technical problem does not itself create a refund right.

5. Advertising

The free version may show third-party advertisements. Consent and device controls may affect personalised advertising. Ads are removed by Remove Ads or Ultra Pass; VIP Pass and individual cosmetic purchases do not remove ads. We do not control every third-party advertising message.

6. Intellectual Property

Code, art, audio, design, name, logo and other Umbrella content belong to Volchron Studio or its licensors. Do not reuse them commercially or publicly without written permission. For an intellectual-property complaint, contact support@volchron.com with verifiable details.

7. Service Changes and Termination

We may update, limit or discontinue features, pricing or availability. If you breach these Terms or present a security or fraud risk, we may suspend or terminate access to the affected services, subject to applicable law and a reasonable review process.

8. Third-Party Platforms

App Store and Google Play downloads and payments are subject to their own terms. For App Store users, this agreement is between you and Volchron Studio; Apple has no obligation to maintain or support Umbrella and bears no warranty responsibility for it.

9. Privacy

Your use of Umbrella is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains account, advertising, purchase, Gem, refund and deletion data.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Umbrella is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volchron Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing here limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Children

Umbrella is intended for users aged 13 or older, or the higher minimum age required where you live. Do not create an account if you are below the applicable age.

12. Changes and Governing Law

Changes take effect when published. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, while mandatory consumer and data-protection rights in your place of residence remain unaffected.
